Member How do I register?
To register, click ‘Join’ on the upper right side of any page and simply provide your email address, password, and ID. Once you’re registered, you can manage your account information on the ‘My ALAND’ page.
Member How do I close my account?
To close your account, please contact us using the Private Postings or call our customer service. Upon receipt of your request, we will close your account immediately.
Member How do I update my address and phone number?
Please sign in to your account first and visit the My Profile section on My Account page to update your account information.
Order/Payment Is my personal and payment information secure?
We do not store your payment information. All transactions are over an encrypted SSL connection, which offers an excellent level of security.
Order/Payment Can I place an order as a guest?
We require all customers to register to checkout.
Order/Payment Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing if the order status is still ‘Pending’
Order/Payment The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked? How do I get notified when it’s restocked?
Generally, the expected restock date is specified on the product’s page next to the product name. If the expected date is not stated, it means the item will not be restocked.
Order/Payment What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal: Virtual online account, Credit/Debit cards supported by PayPal (PayPal registration not required)

Order/Payment Is partial cancellation allowed for a credit card payment?
Partial cancellations are not allowed for credit card payments.
Delivery How soon can I receive my order once it is placed?
For standard shipping, it generally takes 7-14 business days.
